Refund policy

Made to order Every PLΔNNING® item is made just for you after you order. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, has a production defect (for example an embroidery or print error), or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Email ic@imcfinancialconsulting.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Please don't mail items back unless we ask you to.

Lost or returned packages If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us and we'll help. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Refunds Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

Cancellations Need to cancel or change an order? Email us right away. Once production starts, we can't cancel or change it.
