Shipping policy

Made to order Every PLΔNNING® item is embroidered or printed for you after you order. Production usually takes about 2–7 business days, and embroidered items can take a little longer during busy seasons.

Delivery We ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

Multiple items Items in the same order may be made at different facilities, so they can arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders For gifts, order early. We'll post holiday order-by dates on the site.
